Works smoothly and easy to use. Customer support tried to help with a "glitch" I have still not resolved. Works on my iPad perfectly but pull my docs up on desktop just sits there thinking to no end. I've just used on iPad soley since problem came up.
What do you like best?
I love the variety of functions available in PDF Filler. I also love how easy it is to use, Highly recommended for anyone working quickly in a remote environment for documents that need edits, signatures, etc.
What do you dislike?
Sometimes I get logged out ... not a real problem, but as I work from multiple computers sometimes it adds and extra step for me.

It is a great product with many features to help work with PDF documents.

Makes my turn around of documents so much faster and easier! Saving the environment too - reducing my printing and scanning time.

Overall, GREAT structure platform, user friendly have cool tools.
GREAT structure platform, user friendly have cool tools and variety of options and the great part is online.
A get to much error on conversion files from one format to another. Also having some issues with saving the files to my desktop.

I will never forget the exceptional customer service i received today, July 27, 2022 from Kara, a staff of PDFfiller. I literally went from tears of sadness for not being able to trace the document i had worked on since morning, to tears of joy & fulfillment. Having met an online angel like Kara, my hope and indeed, document was restored, She went over & above the call of duty to ensure that i was delighted in the most patient and excellent fashion. She is worthy of commendation and has greatly affected my first impression of PDFfillers. She was exceptional, skillful and most amazing in resolving all the issues i ever mentioned. Thank you so much, Kara, your type is rare. Well done PDFfillers!

Quickly filling out forms and adding electronic signature.
I recently saw a charge for a PDF filling service, and I had no memory of signing up for it. December 2020 has not been a picnic for me. I reached out to customer service, and ******* handled it from beginning to end. She even works to get things done when I was not able to get her all the information she needed, due to unfortunate events going on in my life. They have reverse the charges. I don't know if this product works or not, but I do know that their customer service team does or very well if you are patient and persistent with them. That's rare for any product. So, they get five stars from me.
