Easy to use, but seems like a lot of steps to go through to get to the documents and to save them to my computer. I have to save it to my computer to print it because printing from the program doesn't get it all printed on the 8.5x11" paper so leaves information off.
I like it but I still don't get the refined product I am using plus in the ad, it said "$6/month" when they charged me it was $20. How come?
The best tool for automated form fills
Takes a lot of the manual work out of form filling and PDF generation.
User manual could use a bit more work - some features were not obvious as a first time user.
I received an auto-renewal subscription for our organization that was initiated by a previous officer and simply emailed my request for a refund and cancelation. The learning curve is something we're still have trouble with.

i PURCHASED THE 3 MONTH TRIAL SO I COULD FILL OUT A FORM ONLINE AND SCAN IT TO MY INDENDED RECIPIENT. IT WAS SO EASY TO USE WITH PLENTY OF TIPS AND INSTRUCTIONS. I RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE ESPECIALLY WANTING TO COMPLETE WORK LIKE THIS FROM HOME.
