I originally subscribed to the website confused about how much the yearly subscription cost. I was able to cancel my subscription, get a refund and finish up working on my documents. All in all, after the 30 days free is up, I think I will subscribe to the 19.99$/month. Very helpful site and service!
I LOVE pdffiller, but need to know more about how to use it. For instance, how can I hide the "establishing a secure connection" message when the form loads on my webpage? And how to change the color of the highlighted fields?

Pdffiller is the best
Pdffiller is the best, i tried quite a few trial versions and those who claim they are free but it took me days to redact one document. With pdffiller i redacted my documents in minutes..Really good, powerful and easy to use.
PDFfiller was easy to use.
PDFfiller allowed me to edit and submit my application easily without much effort.
PDFfiller allowed me to move the curser to start typing over the form questions. While this was not a hindrance it did take time to get the curser back to where it needed to be to complete the application. This small flaw was not enough to prevent me from using the application.
Over the top excellent customer service
First and foremost i want to express the excellent customer service i received from Daniel yesterday evening to the wee hours of this morning. i couldn't figure out how to correct or update a form and my computer literacy was no where to be found. I ask Daniel to please have patience with me and he went above and beyond my expectations. Daniel not only spent hours on trying to help me figure out the issue he also walked me through how to send him a screenshot of the issue! Not once did i ever feel rushed or uncomfortable especially when i wasn't able to follow his instructions. He not only walked me through fixing the form; he also helped me fill in some fields i was unable to do. The most awesome experience was he stayed on the line with me the entire time!!! This is the kind of customer service that is such a rare commodity and i was blessed enough to be on the receiving end with Daniel. This is a true time saver!!!! Not real user friendly BUT if you stay with it you'll reach your goal of a completed form. After that, print off and take to or send to the Court. If you need to modify later you simply go back to your account and documents saved and make the changes.
