I signed up for a year. Now simple edit tool to use erase etc expects me to pay more and doesn't allow those tools. That, IMO is a bit too unfriendly. Allowing me to use for some time and then asking to pay for extended period of time would make sense to me as I would see a value in buying these additional editing tools/
The learning curve is fairly easy and short. Still learning features as I go. I use the program every two weeks and generate four documents each time. I've been able to look up every document that I have needed and able to open and edit and print. There are occasions that he document will cut off part of the header or will not allign the text correctly. However, that's about 3% (or less) of the time.
I am taking online college courses and this has been a miracle for me to fill and physically sign forms, I have a touch screen computer so I can physically sign with my finger. Really love it.

I have been trying to cancel my subscription for months. One of the problems is that I can't find the account. I have tried all of the email addresses that I use and can not find it. I have sent emails and wrote tickets trying to get some help but have recieved absolutely no response. I am paying $50 a month for a service I am unable to use or cancel.
I was able to finally talk to someone who helped me find the email the account was under, canceled it for me and refunded the charges. The whole thing was quick and painless and I got the best possible outcome and that gives the 5 stars in my book. The level of communication the team has is second to none. Best customer experience. I recently tried the free trial, I forgot to cancel after the free trial because I needed their service @ that time only. When then cancel my subscription I didn't get a refund, but the team explained to me why that happed if do want a refund what should I do.I then followed the steps and within the time they said , I got my refund.
