I know that most IRS forms are free and can be saved to my files, however sometimes trying to download the forms is difficult to do. PD Filler is much more user friendly and easy to follow.
You need some front end GUI. "What do you want to do?" "Create a brand new form from scratch?" "Make a PDF form fillable for your business?" etc.... I got the service and deleted my subscription only to play with it a little more and see the tiny, green side button that allows one to make the form fillable and then I realized this was a service I wanted. You are not demonstrating or advertising the best feature from the get-go.
can be a little tricky to set up at first but I do love the ease of having a form filled out and emailed rather than printing, hand writing and then scanning to save to the cloud!
I know there is more to learn and if I had the time to learn it, I would, but I just don't have the time, am in the middle of moving, so I can't do it.

The link to fill option and the ability to manipulate pdfs.

Nothing yet. I plan to purchase again next year.

Quicker document processing with the link to fill feature allowing to obtain digital signatures.
Great program. I want to especially compliment the customer service. Excellent! Resolved my issue within minutes - Ray was understanding and concise. I feel like good customer service is rare these days. Highly recommend PDF filler.
