I'm so glad that I found with service. It makes getting paperwork completed without leaving the office. I signed up to use if for free. You only get a couple of free times to use the service. Then you have to pay for your account. I paid for it mainly because I can use it anytime I want to. No Stress of whether or not it's going to work or be correct. It Always Is Both.

My current job is as freelance translator, and sometimes my customers send me the documents in PDF. for me, it's easier to work with WORD format.
You can convert any type of file into editable one.
In case of scanned PDF, it doesn't work.
Help me get a deliverable done in time
I've only used it for 30 minutes or maybe an hour but it has helped me merge a bunch of PDFs that I was having issues with and needed t get dne iin time for a contract delivery.
Allows me to fill in pdf documents with computer so I don't have to print out and fill out manually. Not sure why text moves to next line below in some cases.

She was incredible she should be given a raise, a brand new house, a new puppy, and definitely a homemade cake. you should use her to train for your customer service experience there’s not very many people that are helpful as she has been and actually help the problem without getting an attitude and saying it’s your fault.
Great customer experience with this company. Very responsive to technical questions and billing service cared more about our satisfaction than most companies even though it wasn't to their direct bottom line advantage. Will use them again surely.
