I may be an idiot but it isn't the most intuitive experience I've had. I have been under pressure to produce so that may have something to do with it.
I've had problems expanding boxes to fit text in. Customer support sent a YouTube video and that was some help and fixed one box, but then I had problems with a second box and just didn't have the time to keep trying to fix the problem.
After a few attempts I was able to fix the problem, and now I am very impressed with the program.
By far, one of the best programs out there. You guys did a great job on this. I will certainly renew every year. Well worth every penny. There hasn't been one document where i was left unhappy with the outcome. Thank you again! JG Houston, TX

Overall very handy. I did have a glitch in printing. When I hit Print Again, it made the page smaller and off center. This happened each time I hit Print Again on the CMS 1500 form, requiring me to go back and start from Print after each edit.

a little hard to figure out at first but once I got the hang of it was great. Like the variety offorms tonselect from, some forms could be a bit more specific but other than thaat I love the program.
