First time user needed. I needed to use live chat to find the forms I needed for the IRS.The videos were helpful along with the live chat.I can see other instances when this service will be helpful.Great experience.
I found PDF filler to be very helpful, however there was a bit of confusion with the cost of the account account. I I thought that I would be getting charged $6 dollars per month however my bank account was charged $72 dollars for an entire years subscription. I do not fill out enough documents to make a years subscription worthwhile. If that is the case, I think the website should give you the option of a 30 day trial period, and then give you the option of committing to a 1 year subscription. Otherwise, be more clear that you all are charging the entire $72 as oppose to the $6 per month. I have since canceled my subscription and I do not intend to use the website any longer. I would definitely like a refund effective immediately.
Love this tool. Very intuitive and well built webApp (UI and UX are great). For the UX though, it can be a bit tough to jump in and out of different modes (editing which is "Open" - maybe call is "Fill", and tough to get to the fillable edit section). I needed to print but had to wait to get ink for printer. Two days later I couldn't find the document to print and one of the Reps from your company helped me find the documents and I was able to print them. Thank you.

I had a Subscription for PDF filler It worked well. Easy to use very user-friendly. Unfortunately, my financial circumstances are such. I had to cancel my subscription on the day it had renewed. I sent an email. Sara could not have been more helpful. My subscription was canceled, and I received an immediate return of the fee. Very happily satisfied.
What do you like best?
The ability to easily upload various documents and manipulate as needed.
What do you dislike?
The difficulty in emailing a document and getting a notification when the die is opened. Could it be less than using a PIN to access the document. Although the security is a nice factor.
