Excellent service, however, I would have liked to have known there was a fee prior to filling out the form. I just assumed it was a Royal Bank form as that is what I googled.
like the fact I can fill and type.. but not easy to understand how to find forms, unless you pay for another part of service.>>??? is this correct
The "Draw" tool needs to have an option to match the color on the picture or PDF page so when you're drawing you don't mess up your picture so bad!
What do you like best?
Easy to use, anyone who I've sent a file has had no issues receiving and downloading. Some of them have told me they've gone on to use the product regularly themselves.

Nothing to do with pdffiller, but I sometimes forget to set up the files I'm uploading in the right folders. That's on me.

Under the 'documents' tab, the 2 columns on the right could be made more distinctly different from each other to denote they are in fact different. They are just two shades of gray and not that different in tone.

I really like your product. I am not very computer savvy so I would greatly appreciate a webinar to help with navigating your website. That being said I have used your chat feature several times and your agents have all been awesome...very helpful!!
