Could make it a little easier to sign…
Could make it a little easier to sign and save documents to your desktop, especially when you need to send signed documdents via email.

Superb customer service! Swift replies, solution oriented, anticipated my needs & assured if I needed anything else. I’m grateful to be taken care of.
Fairly easy to use. Would like to combine 2 or more docs into one file so I can fax as a group. I'm sure that's an option; but haven't found it yet...still new at this.
I think their customer service is excellent and very responsive. I was intimidated by the website but that is a reflection on my limited tolerance to "figure it out".
