I am just learning to use but find it relatively easy to load, fill, save and print. I even figured out how to rotate forms outside the system and make it work. Cool.

This is a good program, but it could be more user friendly. Copying the edited PDF from the online program to my desktop was more difficult than it should have been.That said, I was able to accomplish what I wanted via this program.

It's the easiest program for faxing from your computer, converting docs, signing forms, making forms editable. I love it. Above all, they have the best customer service I have ever received. Especially for a product that speaks well for itself. Anna, with tech support, was quick, efficient, kind, very knowledgeable and addressed my issue right away. It has been a long time since I can say that. Not listening to me and my problem has been my experience lately with other tech support from other companies. Excellent tool. It's very feature rich and can be a bit confusing when trying to do some basic tasks. Once you explore a bit, it accomplishes what is required.
My experience with PDFfiller has been nothing but win after win! At first i was worried i wasn't going to be able to sign without the help of a third party app, but, wouldn't you know? You guys have the option, and many other feats that helped me in the elaboration of mah necessary edit. Many thanks!
What do you like best?
That it looks professional, it is easy to use, and there are so many common templates to use which are always necessary, especially for a small business owner.
What do you dislike?
That it is always such a process to sign in if I am not at my home computer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to complete my forms needed in a timely manner and saving time for me is ALWAYS beneficial. I am more productive.

What do you like best?
I print and distribute numerous emails every week. As such, I have tried quite a bit of PDF software over the past several years, I have seen that pdfFiller does everything I need, every time, in an easy-to-use way. There is none better for the price.
What do you dislike?
At times, it is difficult to find a saved file from within Google Chrome.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Before making a selection, make sure to use evaluation versions. It's a shame to get saddled down with something and later discover that it's not right for you.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
There is one peculiarity that I encounter every week. The first file that I modify is saved in the appropriate folder, and the browser shows me where to find it. For some peculiar reason, I have a hard time finding every file that I save after that. It could be an issue with the browser.
