The forms are easier to provide typed information into rather than trying to write it in and not having enough space. It's also easier to delete and correct mistakes rather than try using white-out with ink pen entry.
Pretty easy to use. There is a good selection of forms to choose from. I used it to fill out CRPs for my renters. I wish you could re-open a form that you had saved and make changes to it...maybe you can, but I couldn't figure out how.

Though it appears to require a very fast internet provider in order to use it properly, I am satisfied and would highly recommend it.
This is only used once in awhile.
Being able to take a PDF and change it to Word document. Being able to add comments to a PDF is easy as well.
This needs easier user instructions so use can make the changes needed. It can difficult to find the processes.

That doesn't give you the option to save a file to a different folder in your computer

Re-entering information or missing information, adding signatures
I had used a free trial to recomplete a teacher application. However, I ended up cancelling when I didn't find it to be as user friendly as I thought it would be . I was charged when the one-month subscription was up and wrote to let them know I had a snip of my cancelled screen.They were very responsive and I was able to get a full refund. "
