I like the service overall. The only improvement I could think of would be to work harder on Google integration with Authentication and Chrome apps. They usually work but it's frustrating when they don't work well.

Any PDF document is instantly editable in PDFfiller. With this app I can to edit contracts, which are signed by customers.
Perhaps they do not have a very convenient editor interface. I often can not find what I need. I hope they fix it soon.
I've been using PDFfiller regularly for over 2 years now, and it works wonderfully. I'm able to upload documents, add fillable lines, and get electronic signatures seamlessly. Customer service is also great - prompt and friendly in attending to any questions or issues. Makes running my business that much easier.

By far the most functional PDF editor i have used... Not that i have used that many, but this one was a breath of fresh air considering the other broken standalone PDF editing apps
I made a mistake and bought a year subscription instead of one month as I needed, I immediately emailed customer support and thought I would be waiting days for a reply if I was lucky, but to my surprise I received a response within 2 minutes. She offered to change my subscription and refund the rest of my money, I of course excepted and they changed it immediately! ***** ******** for your amazing customer service! And your forms, that have been time saving!

I requested a refund for a yearly subscription that I did not remember signing up for. I reached out once before and did not receive a response. I reached out again today (2020-10-24) and Ralph responded right away. He was extremely helpful and nice and solved my problem right away. I am extremely satisfied with my experience and I will definitely keep PDF Filler in mind if I or my friends need a safe place to store or edit documents. I love the product just don't have the need to justify a full subscription. I enjoyed the trial period and had great Customer Service when needed. Very prompt with replies. I would recommend this product.
