I did a lot of shopping , signed up with a few other apps, once I tried this one,I went back to all the ones I was on a free trial with and cancelled . This was the one. It was easy and I was able to use it the way I wanted immediately and have been using it almost every day.

My subscription had expired
My subscription had expired. I was trying to reactivate my account with a discount offer that was offered to me before my account had expired. Unfortunately I couldn’t seem to figure this out. I was connected to Katrina using the live chat. She explained to me because my account had expired the offer was no longer available. She did however offer me 25% I accepted what was proposed to me. Yet again I was still having problems figuring out how to get this discount link Katrina had sent me. She eventually emailed the link to me because the computer and myself don’t see eye to eye and I can’t figure out how the thing works sometimes. Katrina was very patient and understanding. I made the mistake of subscribing to a year subscription with annual price due at sign on. I only wanted to test the site and see if it was right for me. I noticed within a few hours what I had done when I checked my banking account. I got online with their live chat support. I talked to someone named Sam and within 5 minutes, Sam had fixed my account to only a month subscription, refunded me all my money minus the monthly subscription. My mistake, Sam fixed immediately and was so nice and helpful. Great customer support!
Awesome experience with pdffiller
My experience with pdffiller was great. After trying the app, I realised that I didn't need it. As I didn't cancel the subscription, I was charged when trial period was over. However, I sent a message to support and they were very efficient, professional, nice and helpful (Thank you, Roxie).In less than one hour I had my money back.It was one of my best experiences in these kind of situation.Thank you and congratulations to Roxie and all the team of pdffiller.You are awesome!!
