I have only used to fill and print out a 1099-misc. After reading the general instructions of how to report my DE 542 information and what I needed to understand. I was sold on PDFffiller.com I am a little confused on the detail of how and what I want to do etc. Once I have some practice getting around my PDFfiller site I'll answer you follow up survey. P.S. * I am an old lady and I don't really know my way around a computer. Thinking about it. I felt your site was elder friendly. Need to have more option to edit a document, like Microsoft Word. When editing a document, there needs to be page breaks added. it appears as one long document until you go to turn it into a PDF where it is then broken into pages. It is impossible to get the spacing right since you have to go back and forth with the document.

I really appreciated the customizable aspects of your software -- it made all the difference to my forms! The only thing that I would've liked more is if upon searching for the form, you could filter and guarantee that its the most up to date form the gov has issued. Thank you

Easy to use. I have to STUDY the layout to find what I want. We are not power users of this product. The webinar might help. The pricing you impose presumes that I use a lot of features. I wish you had a price structure to low end users who seek to have a few simple forms filled and signed.

I was happy that I found my forms, but you should have said from the first that it was a trial, I do not remember being told that It would cost me, but that's ok, I filled out and printed 3 N-311 Hawaii forms, which printed 5 sheets, I will gladly pay for them, but I do not want to continue my subscription to pdfFiller. I don't think I will ever need it again, but I do thank you for being there when I needed you.
