I do like the ease of use as this is the first time I have used a PDF application. I have just started using Adobe and unfortunately I think I like that better. Not positive yet.

Editing PDFs when you don't have the source document's has never been easier. You can erase what's written and replace it.
What I like the least is that this software is a little bit slow sometimes. But overall, I recommend it.

It was a little slow at the beginning until all information required was visible to agent - perhaps of the template for reply used. After that it was very quickly resolved. We have been using pdfFiller over the last few years for thousands of forms for our offices. The platform is easy to use and navigate. The IT tech support is top-notch. IT Support is readily available and solves problems quickly. They communicate well, send helpful how-to videos, and/or change settings in our account to make the platform easier to use. I highly recommend pdfFiller.
pdfFiller has wonderful support. You can email them or use a chat feature. From the chat feature, I was able to do a remote session through zoom to get my issues resolved quickly. Through email they always respond within 20 minutes. Great customer service!

it is very easy to use, it has very clear tool box, however i haven't used it for very long. but this far i am completely satisfied. but i will always give 1 star left because i know there is always a room for improvisation

Super simple to use (I'm not that tech savvy) & good options for subscription/sign-up, including free trial! Was able to easily sign & date documents on my phone. REALLY GREAT SERVICE!!

Nothing special in my opinion but it did what it was supposed to do without any problems so 5 star :D
Customer service is not so good
Pdfiler is awesome editing tool and really helps in composing forms/papers. But their customer service seems absent.
