I am an 83 year old senior and using a filler is not going to be a part of my life. I need to cancel my 30 day free trial. Please help me to do this. Excellent customer service. Keep it up. Excellent, excellent customer service! I contacted the company because I was charged a subscription fee which I wasn't aware that I had not yet cancelled. The customer service representative called Anna, I believe, immediately informed me that the subscription would be cancelled and an email to that effect was sent to me. I was also informed that my money would be refunded shortly....and indeed, it was returned to my card in 48 hours. Although, I don't have need for their services at this time, I would definitely use them at a later date, should the need arise.
