Filler is very good but need to upgrade with some more features like filling the gaps in a form on the same line, deleting the existing print and modify, etc.,
great and very handy util. support in mobile and dasktop is awesome. ui needs to be simplified. if i have to diwnload a doc, i have to go thre four steps now..
This is my second time using PDF Filler as I am returning to the real estate business and they continue to not only provide an excellent and useful product but they continue to improve it.
The first time I downloaded the software, I mistakenly selected the one for use with Microsoft and all features did not work on my Chromebook. After going back I found the correct program for use with Chrome. The only problem I still have is creating my signature which I have described below under features to add.
I just wanted to fill one document but I don't have full adobe on this machine. Then I wanted to print and I had to buy it to print which was okay as I need a system. It works great now that I am learning how it flows.
Solidly good... but a little difficult to change fonts and the annoying text box that asks if you want to uncheck something often blocks the next thing you need to check.

So far so good. Easy to use anywhere since it is web based and I don't have to worry about which computer I'm using, whether at home, office, or other.
Over the top excellent customer service
First and foremost i want to express the excellent customer service i received from Daniel yesterday evening to the wee hours of this morning. i couldn't figure out how to correct or update a form and my computer literacy was no where to be found. I ask Daniel to please have patience with me and he went above and beyond my expectations. Daniel not only spent hours on trying to help me figure out the issue he also walked me through how to send him a screenshot of the issue! Not once did i ever feel rushed or uncomfortable especially when i wasn't able to follow his instructions. He not only walked me through fixing the form; he also helped me fill in some fields i was unable to do. The most awesome experience was he stayed on the line with me the entire time!!! This is the kind of customer service that is such a rare commodity and i was blessed enough to be on the receiving end with Daniel. I was disappointed to find that PDF filler had automatically charged me for a subscription I did not agree to. I felt very stressed when I saw the sum of money that had left my account this morning. I contacted the helpline via the chat service they offer on their website and I spoke to daniel. He was extremely efficient in his help and immediately refunded my payment and canceled my subscription. I would like to leave a 5 star review for the customer service I received despite my initial disappointment in PDF filler.
