The forms are in a different size, doesn't match exactly the form and sometime may be rejected by the instituion or company that issue the original form.

I must admit, I'm very grateful to the leadership of this organization; and the quickness in resolving issues raised by subscribers, like me. This is my second year of being a part of this wonderful and truly a required program for someone like me in my Income Tax Preparation Organization. I think your site is well designed and has substantial potential. But being unfamiliar with all the choices, my initial effort at using your site took a little longer that I had hoped it would. But that is a minor critique. i'll do more exploring at a later date.

It's user friendly and I'm figuring it out as I go... just a bit of support with downloading to my google drive and figuring out why/when to use the link would be great.
