So far it has been frustrating ( just because I am not tech savvy) I am just trying to reprint a pay stub that I have lost from a former employer and I just keep running into problems. However after watching a video I figured it out without a problem. Customer service is A1.
Definitely works. Not sure if there is a way to make figures line up just a little better or have calculated fields, but definitely better than just using adobe acrobat
I love it but when I was trying to edit document I could only click and erase some fields. I had to use the eraser for the rest. But overall great product.

There's nothing I don't like about this software.
I had some troubles purchasing my subscription after my free trial and had a long wait using the chat feature. However, I called into the customer support line and had immediate amazing customer service in resolving my issue. If I had the option to put 100 stars, I would. This product is fantastic. There are small issues with reformatting, but I think the user can get over that.
They have been very prompt in getting back to me with any problems and questions. Sometimes, it takes two or more days, but eventually, they get back to me.
