This site is truly amazing. I am a 66 years old Vietnam Veteran and Retired U.S, Marine. Currently filing for PTSD and was able to fill out the VA form exceptionally easy. I purchased a 1 year subscription, in that I felt it would be worth it in the future. I wish this site had a method of informing others about the services. I searched the web and stumbled across this site. Further, I initially had questions and was able to speak to a live person. pdfFiller.com gave me faith in online companies. I have no idea what I was trying to accomplish, but had signed up for a 30 day trial. I never used the program, just must have been sleep working. Anyhow, I was so surprised when I got the notification that I had just bought a year subscription. I was beating myself up and trying to figure out how I could be so unaware. I first tried to call. The phone was endlessly busy, I thought wow I just lost $122 (I paid in Canadian funds). Anyhow, I thought I may as well try sending an email. I could not believe it!!!! The response was almost immediate. Max, took care of everything. He issued a refund, and let me know he had cancelled any future subscription. I was in absolute shock. If I had a need for pdfFiller, in that moment, I would have signed up for years. THANK YOU for being accommodating and obviously trustworthy. Again, you have given me a bit of hope for humanity.
Amazing customer service, very fast response time
I was on trial with pdfFiller and it was really amazing. The best PDF filling software I've ever found. I even used the trial, forgot when it ended and then got charged. BUT I managed to get a refund after explaining my situation. These people are awesome. I definitely will be back when I have enough money.

I had a few problems with my docs at first because I didn't know where to find things. They have videos - but, they always skip over the most necessary details. I contacted support and they were extremely helpful I decided to invest in the purchase of this. I've avoided paying for document paying memberships for years, because I am a cheapskate. But, I really found value in PDF Filler.
