At first I had an issue with the payment process, but even then the software is wonderful and very easy to use. I am pleased that we were able to resolve the issue and I will continue to use this software on a monthly basis. I'm learning it slowly. You cannot merge files in the app on ios. I need that. There are also a few hic-ups. Sometimes after a signature the screen gets disoriented and you have to go back to documents list and reopen. Sometimes after reopening some of the modifications are gone and you must re-enter. Some of these issues may be due to not being connected to internet. Overall it has helped me go paperless and I'm getting faster at filling out my documents using it. A few tweeks and it will be awesome.
I like the program It is not too complicated. The monthly fee is a bit too high I am not certain that I will be able to keep it past the free trial period. $20 per month is way off the mark; unless you have lots of cash flow. Just seems like $6-$8 per month would be more in line with the value of the product.

It is extremely user friendly and great to use for both professional purposes.

I did run into some glitches and contacted customer service, but they said they were unable to view my documents to remedy the problem.

Streamline document management with real ease.
We use this tool for document management mainly and it does the job with ease.
Document upload is real quick
Mobile applications work really good.
Edit or add content to your PDF file, I love this feature as it helps to add content whenever required before sending it to the customers.
I don't see any disadvantage with this tool.
This is only used once in awhile.
Being able to take a PDF and change it to Word document. Being able to add comments to a PDF is easy as well.
This needs easier user instructions so use can make the changes needed. It can difficult to find the processes.

An invaluable resource for filling out forms. Incredibly fast customer service that is exceptional in handling your needs. In this day and age when companies can treat you like a number, it is nice to know that PDF Filler is not one of them. They treat their customers with respect and attention, satisfying their needs quickly and efficiently. More companies could learn from them on how to conduct business.
