Alignment is sometimes different on the document than what prints. Can take a little trial and error to make it align perfectly.

Overall experience has been great ! This tool helps to merge, convert to pdf as well as edit pdfs as needed on the fly. The software has came in handy to sign documents electronically, quickly edit portions of pdf.
Great tool for editing pdfs. I mean you could edit very little detail in the pdf and you wouldn't even know if it was changed. All in one package that gives tremendous flexibility with converting word documents to pdf, editing scanned images by converting them to pdfs as well as getting and authorizing with ability to get electronic signatures. With this software you don't need Docu Sign !!
Cant erase back ground color for edited text. Edited text should appear seamless and not show signs of editing. Cursor movements and moving of text boxes needs alignment and calibration for more accuracy. There needs to be a way to revert back the changes done. Payment processing and charges need to be clear and upfront without any disguise.
It's the best experience on pdf editors, the only thing is that i passed 10 minutes just to find how to change the color of the text, i suggest to modify the icon of the text color for better user experience and as a back-end developer I thank you for the work you are doing, work for your project, believe on it and you will have more success. I like the service and have been using for awhile. Their customer care team was really responsive through instant chat. Couldn't get a phone number for their customer service however I believe the chat service is all you need to get assistance! Kara was the representative I spoke with and she immediately understood my situation and helped me get the problems addressed with step by step processes and links. At the end she even saved me some money with the steps we took to save my old account! Definitely recommend their service and also contacting them with any question!

The product is great and very easy to use. I had started a free trial for one time use, but forgot to cancel it and was charged for a full year, but when I contacted them they refunded my money straight away with no questions asked. I wish all companies were as good to deal with as this!
