It is a challenge to adapt to different methods in so many computer programs factoring in hardware and software and my limited patience. As with many other computer related things we need to keep trying. I am not used to doing things a certain way which may work wonderfully for others and they can't understand my way.

I think, best side of this product is variety of tools for updating, signing and sharing my papers.

First time it seemed complicated. Not sure, but probably it will be good if you will have a manual, guide book or whatever to help me understand all possibilities.

Amazing customer experience
Amazing customer experience! Their services are quick and efficient. I started with their Live Support Chat but was quickly connected to staff members who responded to me by emails. I had Marie and Anna to help me. They are all friendly and extremely helpful. They responded to my question quickly, and after I explained to them briefly what my issue was, they took care of the issue swiftly. Their software is easy to use. I am not the most skilled with modern technology. As a startup NFP we don’t have the financial capacity to either hire, or contract with an accounting professional to prepare our year end 990s. I personally took it upon myself to do the necessary paperwork. I kept losing my work, and did not know how to save it without Word. I stumbled upon pdfFiller and decided to sign up. The retrieval and storage of my docs (either completed or still being worked on) is so simple now that even I can do it! The work has become easier thanks to pdfFiller. Thank you.

Basically does what I need. Could use better Help function. Example: I haven't figured out how to control the type font used nor how to match existing fonts in a document.

Thank You! in days that were are experienceing it is good to know that there are a few companies that still utilise our citisens exceptional skills in their business in the United States, that know english well, can do thier jobs over the phone and are "present" so to speak, and use English well. I didn't know a service like this existed but it is so convenient and safe or what is happening with the COVID-19 pandemic. I was able to mail very important documents without leaving my home.
Chatted online to cancel and refund $96 that I was charged and I got a pretty friendly guy named Peter! He was sweet and fast! If I needed this particular application again, I would definitely reuse them!!!
