This has been very helpful and affordable. Please make sure that my credit card is only charged one time. Initially, the processing would not accept my card and I have entered this card for the same Monthly subscription approx 3x's. Please make sure that only one monthly fee of19.99 is charged to may account. I am not in aposition right now for excessive billing. I was frustrated trying to work with another program, then gave up. I found your site on the internet and I am able under a very stress time limit to finish the work and I was pleased with the results.
I was given forms from the VA but they were copied crooked and there was very little space to write. I am glad that I found your site. I was able to get the forms complete them and turn them in nice and neat.

Not much to dislike but if anything, the step of sending the finished document to the printer could be simplified.
