I like it but wish there was an edit instead of erase and text to change something. There may be but I'm not aware of it so a webinar would be very helpful.
Like any software you need to learn the program and the first time I used it I was struggling and reached out to support. I was AMAZED at the quick response I received and the step by step instruction.
What do you like best?
I use it as a healthcare EHR. Very convenient.
What do you dislike?
I only really have one complaint. When I use it to fill my PDF files, the pop up bubble gets in the way after I click a box so then I have to click somewhere else to see my next option.

Send to sign is convenient. Send to fax is also nice.

Customer Service is Very Good
Customer Service is Very GoodCustomer Service is very good, I got a full refund because I forgot to cancel the free trial. Great Easy to use software.Becareful though, subscriptions are anually. I thought is was monthly.Writing this review because they saved me from losing $100.

Filling out forms online and saving paper
This review is primarily for the customer service. This company had extremely quality customer service. FAST responses. I would definitely recommend trying it out for that alone, they will work through and address any issues you have. You won’t be disappointed. Great job.
