Paul was fantastic. I have been chatting with several other people since April 3 and no one could figure this problem out. I was emailed that this issue had been referred to technical support and they could not provide adequate assistance. As I am not computer friendly, Paul was very helpful. He was very patient with me. The filler was not completing all of the number I was trying to type on Florida's RT-6 for example Box 2 & 3 1,600.00 would come out 1,60 .00 Boxes 12a for the employee instead of 4,000.00 would come out 4,1 .00 With Shannen's help I got a work around. The program needs to be fixed.

pdfFiller is user-friendly and the site is easy to navigate. I love the fact that a function stays the same until you change it, eg. a font size and format. However, I would like the option to use all the Fonts that I have installed on my own computer. When a page is duplicated, I'd love it if the 'changes' made to the original using pdfFiller, could also be duplicated rather than simply a duplication of the original document. I also can't seem to find a way to cut and paste text to apply it in a different area of the document, which means that the process of replicating a change is more time-consuming, but this could be my current unfamiliarity with the software. I was impressed that within a couple of hours of use, I was offered the option to attend a webinar to improve my understanding.
Adapting from working home, I needed to make forms fillable to get signatures and this service was exactly what I needed!

Even though I didn’t use their website, I am very satisfied with the customer service. I have subscribed and forgot about it and it took the money from my account. I contacted customer support and my issue was solved in less than a minute! If anyone has the same problem, don’t worry, just contact them and they’ll help! :)
