Victor Paul was amazing with his patient, persistent help. He has excellent customer skills and stays on top of my frustrations by continuing to answer them with suggestions.
My first time with this App and it seems to be a lot different to Adobe, but easier to operate. I have modified 2 pdf file successfully, and so far (as a new user), not too many 'dropped balls'.

it was easy to to do it. I am a pensioner and cannot keep the subscription going. Only needed it once hence opted for free trial.

Great service. I thought my subscription had expired but the tech support hooked me back up in a jiffy! I prefer to use PDFfiller program rather than the Acrobat Reader DC program. I will always renew my subscription in the future.
