It is intuitive, easy to use, provides adequate help for new users requiring guidance, and provides flexible outlets for PDF use. On the down side, I do not require a secure connection for my PDF work, and the lag in loading and saving my changes & files is distracting and unpleasant.
What do you like best?
I like the chat help desk. I liken having a person I can chat with without a long delay. I really do not like have a charter limit on my response, I really do not have that much to say, therefore you get fluff.
What do you dislike?
not being able to locate the forms needed at times. Sometimes hen I attempt to use the form, I do not know the form number and it causes a delay. I do not like having a 40 Character limit for the questions. I really do not have that much to say

I would recommend this product ,because it allows my agency to provide the client with the information needed. I really do not have any additional information to supply.

I love this program easy to use platform. As a student this has been my all in one solution. This is a one stop shop program. Seems like every need as far as documents legal forms can be found here. For myself I would recommend this to anyone who is trying to find a platform that handles all your needs. That really is to say the least I have yet to unlock all the features PDF has to offer. I love how customizable the website makes any file. Its exactly what I was looking for in order to fill out various forms due to the pandemic. Ways to communicate are different now and this website is definitely with the times.

After I found this option, I've been thrilled with it. No more prints and write; now I do everything directly in the computer. Less environmental damage, no ink and no papers. Loved it!
