Accidently joined the annual membership and they promply refunded my money. Also it is very easy to use, well organized just like a pdf email box with several options available.
Love this tool. Very intuitive and well built webApp (UI and UX are great). For the UX though, it can be a bit tough to jump in and out of different modes (editing which is "Open" - maybe call is "Fill", and tough to get to the fillable edit section). I love Pdf Filler. I have tried ten different products similar to Pdf Filler and none of them had the features, functionality, utility, intuitive interface, and price point. I tried ADOBE and absolutely hated every moment. I cannot tell you how happy I am with your product!!! We have streamlined our HR onboarding process and our clinician credentialing process. The last agent I spoke to was excellent and resolving this. Once I got through to him he was a pleasure to work with.
I needed to print a Medicare form. Had some issues with printing--only the part I'd typed printed. I opened the chat window. Sam responded, answered my questions quickly, sent me a screenshot of the adjustment I needed to make to the print instructions. From there, everything turned out very well. Thank you Sam!
