I am loving it so far. Their customer service is excellent in terms of response time and solving the problem. I actually unsubscribed after realizing that the cost was $20 monthly. But I had the option of paying annually and saved some money. So far I am having a great experience with PDF filler.
I worked with Elie tonight and your support is amazing. She was friendly, patient and knowledgeable. She was able me to better understand the PDFfiller and was able to accomplish what I wanted. Very Pleased with your service and product.
It was a little frustrating for me figuring out how to use the program. This should improve with use and guidance. It would have been helpful if I had first down loaded the "How To Guide". Thanks for a great program.
Easy to Use
Easy to Use, Excellent Editing Techniques. Loved the opportunity to email, fax and input notes. Especially loved the notification to be sent to me when my email is accessed by the recipients. I paid for the first 30 days to make sure that I would be happy with this tool. I am very satisfied with 99% of the editing and use tools. No ability to grab and move sections of existing form just new items.
definitely easy to use. however some date fields do not have the "calendar" option, so you are forced to manually enter the date. That could be made easier.
