It's very easy to edit the documents and a lot of flexibility was put into thought in pdffiller and I'm very impressed.
I've just been persuing the many option PDF Fill offers regarding editing pdf documents and everything is clearly labeled, explained, and easy to use. I love the level of freedom and opportunities to customize almost every aspect of the pdf. I made the mistake of subscribing to a year subscription with annual price due at sign on. I only wanted to test the site and see if it was right for me. I noticed within a few hours what I had done when I checked my banking account. I got online with their live chat support. I talked to someone named Sam and within 5 minutes, Sam had fixed my account to only a month subscription, refunded me all my money minus the monthly subscription. My mistake, Sam fixed immediately and was so nice and helpful. Great customer support!
I mislead them on my intentions for the service level that I required. Once I brought it to their attention, I answered 3 questions; and the matter was immediately resolved. Outstanding customer service comms. !!!
What do you like best?
I like how easy it is to load my documents into pdfFiller & the multiple option for export when I'm finished.
What do you dislike?
Not a fan of the constant email verification especially since I've been using it for 3 years now & this is something just started in 2020 (it seems)
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I don't have a fax so its much easier for me to receive email documents, sign them with the signature feature in pdfFiller, and send directly to the recipient from the program. I get a notification, too, telling me my document has been downloaded. This has helped me a lot lately.
