it did take me awhile to figure things out because I am older, I didn't realize that I couldn't upload my documents until I subscribed to the free trial
pdfFiller has wonderful support. You can email them or use a chat feature. From the chat feature, I was able to do a remote session through zoom to get my issues resolved quickly. Through email they always respond within 20 minutes. Great customer service!
Timely help
PdfFiller came in handy when I filled out a form and they wanted all attached documents in pdf. I was able to quickly do the conversion without any issue and on time.
This morning my subscription to PdfFiller was automatically renewed. Once I realized it, I notified the company to cancel my subscription and to provide a refund. Within a short time, I received a response confirming that the subscription was canceled and that the charge was reversed. I had thought I had cancelled my subscription so was very surprised to get a notification from PayPal that I had been charged $96.
