Love the service and how it integrates with Zapier - it has saved me tons of time in manual repetition for filling out intake, invoicing and legal documents and I love the send to sign feature. Would like a little more functionality in the app, like having the ability to sign docs directly instead of using mobile browser, but overall it functions beautifully. it did take me awhile to figure things out because I am older, I didn't realize that I couldn't upload my documents until I subscribed to the free trial
Good PDF App
Although I found out that I didn't need a pdf app, it was a pleasant experience, and the free trial served its purpose of discovering if it was for me.
I enjoy the accessibility to a large variety of legal forms without preparing them, but the process is not that easy. For a novice user, it is cumbersome and complicated. There should be a tutorial on how to maneuver the program and all of its features seamlessly.
What do you like best?
Many of our forms require customization for each customer. The pdfFiller support team is very helpful

I would like more font options. Other then that I have no problems

Many times we need to make forms our own such as adding our logo. So we don't have to recreate the form or document.
