I didn't know working with *.pdf files could be SO EASY. PDF Filler allows me access to any form I need and to copy all text from page one and paste to all other pages so I only have to complete the form once.
Its been a good experience so far. Although I have only used the service approximately 5 times it has been an efficient way to produce some general documents.
I did not know about PDFfiller.com but once I found it and realized what great features were offered and how easy it was to navigate and use, I was definitely impressed. I must say "PDF filler" is the best company I have ever had the privilege of dealing with. Such prompt courteous service when you have a question. If you call their phone # and have a wait, just leave your number. They will actually call you back ASAP the same day. Found that out with surprise!! Wanted to cancel my subscription. No problem she said. Got an email on that the very next day. The only reason I cancelled is the 4-page form I needed to type out is just once a year. Loved the selection of type styles and sizes. Made it a pleasure to fill in.

Student charged 115€ despite cancelling…
Student charged 115€ despite cancelling free trial – very disappointed
I am extremely disappointed with my experience on pdffiller. I had signed up for the free trial, made sure to cancel it before the end, and yet I was still charged €115.20 for a full annual subscription without my consent.
I am a student, and this unexpected charge has pushed my bank account into overdraft, causing me financial stress. I never agreed to any paid subscription, and when I log into my account, it still shows as “free”, proving that I had cancelled on time.
After checking Trustpilot, I realized that many other customers are facing the exact same issue — this seems to be a recurring problem.
I have contacted customer support and sincerely hope they will resolve this quickly and refund me. But this situation is really unfair and unacceptable.
