I think that it's a great thing. It makes fighting a case much easier.
That more people don't use it. There is nothing else that I like least about it. My vice president used it also an has no problems with it.
Being able to find what your looking for, then being able to fill form in an save it, then come back to it.

Still learning and having a few problems, but probably user-error related. Would undoubtably help if I had slowed down enough to watch the video, but just had to get this done.

Thank You! in days that were are experienceing it is good to know that there are a few companies that still utilise our citisens exceptional skills in their business in the United States, that know english well, can do thier jobs over the phone and are "present" so to speak, and use English well. due to ill health and family committments I couldnt utilse my free month very much but what I did use was brilliant especially the erase function. When I start University in September I will probably sign up for it a sit will be useful. the customer service was especially good.
