It was really hard to find certain features like consolodating multiple PDFS into one. I also thought the package I bought came with the signature signing option - and apparently it didn't. 180/year is a lot to NOT have that feature. That's the main reason I chose it over others.
Still getting used the program but like it a lot!
I love it -- it helped me fill in some VA medical forms and made them look very professional, plus I could go back and edit as needed. It also allows me to save, print, and email. There are many other features too!
What do you like best?
I can sign paperwork, make changes and do it all without a printer wherever I am in the world.
What do you dislike?
There are some some glitches with the program.. for example to save a document you first have to make a duplicate of it. Also, I thought there was a way to re-number pages but that feature seems to be gone?
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Its a great program overall and affordable. I would definitely recommend it.

I love being able to make changes to offer sign backs without a printer. Even if I'm in my office I still use it to keep the document clean and easy to read.

I needed to urgently get some documents compressed and I found this online and went on basic plan . The team support was very helpful . This is a very effective tool for all documentation work
Not very user friendly
Not very user friendly. The "sign-up" commitment is not good... Inevitably some people will forget to cancel and then will be hit with a high annual charge...
The program is easy
The program is easy. I use it to convert documents into templates and then I provide links with my fillable forms to my clients to complete and return. I highly recommend.
