Very helpful.I use I-Pads most of the time with PDF Expert to fill in. However, when I am in need of using a PC or non-touch screen, this has been by far the best and easiest fill-able software I have used!
Just needed access to a quick fillable PDF for SOAP notes when my office management software with builtin SOAP notes crashed. It is filling a need for the moment, doubtful I will continue. It seems like a nice program but the diagram on the SOAP notes is too cumbersome to mark with the given symbols on the chart as, so far, I have seen no way to actually mark the figure on the chart with the same symbols electronically. There are some symbols available, like the check, circle and line but they are not like the ones on the actual symbol chart. If there was a more expedient way to use those same symbols I might actually be very interested in using this.
It's not as intuitive as I hoped to use the mobile apps, and it seems there are many steps to doing the main process which led me to purchase PSF filler--uploading and emailing HIPAA related documents that I've photographed. I'm sure there'll be a learning curve, however, so I am still hopeful.
With two helpful and timely chat guidance, I was able to resolve my problems with scanning and uploading photographed documents quickly. I still wish the mobile app allowed me to rename the document so that I wouldn't have to fiddle with it later in the browser app, but am happy with many other features at this point.
Speedy and excellent customer service
I had a trial/billing issue and sent an email to their support email address. It was around midnight when I sent my email so I didn't think I would hear anything back from them until later that day during business hours. Not only did I hear back from them with an email almost immediately that night, but their representative resolved my issue right then and there. Superb customer service!
Very good easy to use program
Very good easy to use program. Customer service is great I miss read and accidentally signed up for a whole year in one go instead of just for the month, they quickly resolved it for me and refunded the difference. =) if I ever need to do documents online again I will definitely use their service again

I have used pdFiller for several years and loved the product. It is a great product and great value as well. I only had to deal with customer support once and had a 10+ experience. I have to do alot of document changes in my scope of work. This was the easiest program I've used in the 28 years I've worked in the corporate world. It's everything I have always wished I had at any given point but all in one pretty little program. Usually, theres always one feature not thought of or you dont have the option for, I didnt feel that at anypoint. In fact, I was pleasantly surprised each time when there it was in all its glory, the key option I needed. Thank you

Very good service. I used it once to fix my resume and forgot to cancel. Accidentally subscribed for an annual subscription so was shocked to see $321 come out of my account. That was all the money I had. I got in touch with the customer support team and they refunded the money and cancelled my subscription immediately. 10* customer service - love you PDFFiller!
