It was really easy to use the very first time I used it. It is also cloud based so if I need to use it on a different computer, all I have to do is log in on that computer.
Mostly I am thrilled with this service I didn't know I needed... until this week... and I needed it twice!! The form MC 030 was glitchy when it came to cut and pasting and editing the comments section. My only complaint.

The interface is reasonably intuitive and everything works right, as far as I can tell. One note: To move a field, select and hold the symbol for move in the box just above the field, not the box itself. In other words, the symbol is the handle.

Seems like there is 1 too many steps to saving a document and then viewing and saving to my desktop.
jI just started exploring for virtual Notary options. Too early to give a proper opinion.
This is when I signed up for a free trial, I do believe I also signed up for for your annual service, however, my queries for my Notary requirements are not CONFIRMED YET WHICH MIGHT CHANGE MY ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION COMITMENT. I also need confirmation on the forms I will be focusing on for Immigration and Passport requirements,
hope I get a response before I need to consider my annual commitment date BEFORE it is here!

Although I accidentally subscribed to the service for a long time (forgetting that I did) and the subscription was taking money out of my account, gilbie sorted this out straight away for me and made sure all the money from previous months was refunded to my account. Like most of the features, I would like it if I could make boundaries and then just fill in the inside of the shape that I make like the old-school paint application.

I have been using PDFfiller and it is great! I am using my own PDF forms, therefore, I would rather browse the files on my computer rather drag and drop. But this is a personal preference. The drag and drop does work. I am using it to prepare and send contracts to customers and it is well accepted. I have attempted to do this with other popular word processing and spreadsheets and they are very complicated and don't work for me.
I like PDFfiller very much.
