It has been exceptional EXCEPT it was a little underhanded the way you tell the user how much it will really cost. NOT Free as advertised. I am okay with it but thought it should be state up front.
I think your product is fabulous and quite easy to use. My problem is that I have a very part time office and paying the monthly or even yearly subscription is difficult. A per use charge might work better for me.
I like the ease of use. I do think the help system needs and upgrade. Should have a searchable index. It is hard to find topics. I am an experienced software guy and just want to find out how to do thinks.
Convenient way to quickly and efficiently pull of important forms and documents, and fill them out clearly since they are typed verses unique handwriting. Excellent tool. Thank you to the creators.
Excellent customer service
This company is very customer orientated. The company support is excellent. No waiting about for answers to any queries, they reply straight away. They will do their upmost to help you. Very professional.
What do you like best?
I like how easy it is to load my documents into pdfFiller & the multiple option for export when I'm finished.
What do you dislike?
Not a fan of the constant email verification especially since I've been using it for 3 years now & this is something just started in 2020 (it seems)
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I don't have a fax so its much easier for me to receive email documents, sign them with the signature feature in pdfFiller, and send directly to the recipient from the program. I get a notification, too, telling me my document has been downloaded. This has helped me a lot lately.
