the user interaction could be a little better, for example I don't like that when I'm on the Mybox tab, once I open a file and close it I keep getting directed to the dashboard. So I have to keep clicking back to the Mybox. Otherwise, great product! :)
I'M disabled, and confined to a wheelchair. I'm not able to get out, and look for a place that will agree to fax things. I have arthritis real bad, and it is painful to hold a pen, and fill things out. The ability to do all of this for my nurses, and care-provider's, with PDF filler online is a true blessing. Thank you, so much!

It was a little slow at the beginning until all information required was visible to agent - perhaps of the template for reply used. After that it was very quickly resolved. Only used the free trial = it was easy to use; however, I cannot afford the price per month since I very rarely use the product.
this is by far the most user-friendly website I've experienced in this field. I wish I'd known about it sooner. I wasted a lot of time until I found y'all. Very thankful I'm here now.

I was happy that I found my forms, but you should have said from the first that it was a trial, I do not remember being told that It would cost me, but that's ok, I filled out and printed 3 N-311 Hawaii forms, which printed 5 sheets, I will gladly pay for them, but I do not want to continue my subscription to pdfFiller. I don't think I will ever need it again, but I do thank you for being there when I needed you.
