I know that most IRS forms are free and can be saved to my files, however sometimes trying to download the forms is difficult to do. PD Filler is much more user friendly and easy to follow.
So easy to use, thank you. And my carpal tunnel thanks you too because now I don't have to write for 8 hours a day, I can just type it up in half the time.My boss thanks you cause now I'm faster. Win-Win
When I chatted with support
When I chatted with support, I had had two different people who took the files I had been trying to merge unsuccessfully and merge them for me!!! Similarly when I had trouble with blank pages and missing pages in a merged document I found out it was because I was using Edge as my browser instead of Chrome. It would have been best if that had been in the program itself, but support really came through to help me out.

I needed to use the service for an application! It was only needed once. The day I was going to cancel it due to no longer needing the service the money had already come out of my account. I have used PDFfiller and it is a great time saver. By making any form to a can be filled. form online.. Its great to find a form that I need , but its not fillable, this fixs that... Their customer service is great, helped me the fist call..
