Convenient and easy tool! I've used pdfFiller since 2016. Easy to use, and has been great for converting, editing and merging documents and forms. I love that unlike programs like Adobe Acrobat I can access and use pdfFiller from anywhere. It has been convenient for work and home use. Had to convert and digitally sign legal documents from Word to PDF today and no one involved had any suitable programs, but I had the solution with pdfFiller!

The application software is a great… The application software is a great tool. But, when I search for another fillable document of the same, it does not allow me to pull up a clean form fillable document, for example local tax forms. Thank you.

Impressive customer service (LIVE support) I did not realise that my free trial expired until I got a charge for the month of December. I contacted 'live support' (which popped in in 20 sec) and Thomas was the most helpful I've ever experienced in customer service. He found out I had 2 accounts and when I explained to him that I actually only used the service once, he promptly offered me refund. I did not even expect one because I honestly thought this is another website that makes money by offering a trial and then charge you once trial is finished (which many of us would forget and only cancel when it is too late). But no, refund is already action, and he also cancelled my account as per my request with no fuss! Thomas, thanks for being extremely prompt and helpful! I will surely use this service next time. A good program (and nice people) A good program, a bit too comprehensive for me (in some ways), and a few (to me) important features were missing. After my trial period, I was accidentally invoiced for a full year, the support department solved that nicely.
