This is my first experience with PDFiller.....so far, it is good. However, I do not like that there is not a contact # to speak to someone in customer support. .
I used your program to work with government forms we needed to complete so I decided to try it for our Contract and Form paperwork that needs to be submitted.
eing a new user of this platform I had a major issue and they went over and beyond to fix it and made it up to me even tho it was my fault for not reading. ha

PDF Filler helped me when in urgent need and I have seen nothing else online that lets edit a complex PDF made from MS Publisher the same way!!
Getting started was not good. After I got the form on the screen, it was not centered on the monitor and extremely slow to go to next lines. I can't seem to print the form now that I am finished.
During my attempts to complete the form, a blank square appeared in the middle of the form. I could not erase the blank square, and it drastically blotted out data that was important. When I tried to get a replacement form, it was to no avail. I finally printed the form with the blank square in the center and filled it in with a typewriter. Based on that, I didn't try to use your system any longer. In general, I was quite disaplpointed with the results.
I am confused: can I efile the 940,941, 1096+1099 with the IrS from this sight using "Export-submit to IRS?...how and how to i get confirmation of the filing??
