My need for a Blumberg standard lease was satisfied, however the number of typographical errors in the form were surprising and correcting them caused a change in the font!! Very frustrating!
This program was easy to work with; however, I misunderstood that the forms I was trying to use were copyrighted and had to be completed in another manner. Customer service was very prompt in responding to questions; and, for the right forms, this would be an awesome service.
hard to figure out and hard to talk to customer support they like the texting thing I hate it love talking on phone talking to real people and takes a lot less time due to I can allow you to show me on my screen great technology

I had a very complicated question pertaining to a credit card charge, (I didn't know which account within our company had incurred the charge, and therefore, couldn't track down a receipt) **** helped me reverse engineer the charge to find out where it came from. I was in touch with pdfFiller customer support over chat this morning to discuss a situation with our account. They were extremely responsive, the situation was solved in minutes. They're a trustworthy company, I highly recommend them.

Other than being billed initially for a 30 days trial, I contacted Customer Service right away and they credited me back the $144 first year right away. Otherwise, I am liking the service so far. Just learning how to use it.
