Excellent. The only improvement I can imagine is something to assist with right aligning text, or to keep the same spacing if filling in several columns.
Great until I realized I couldn't use one form to save in different ways. I had to go back and delete and rewrite for each person I was filling the form out for.
Time is money in most professions and Real Estate is no exception. This program has saved me a lot of time, money and aggravation and has really simplified the real estate negotiation process.
