Seemless interaction so far, good online support.
The company does not yet have the CA Residential Purchase Agreement and Escrow Instructions (effective 11/26/14) available, my only knock. May not be released yet to public as a non-draft document. Ralph 12/13/14
I had some trouble at first (yesterday), but support was able to help. Now things are going smoothly on my end. It still remains to see how my signers interact with PDF Filler.

I like templates that enable me to prepare forms rapidly. Easy to prepare documents without using a typewriter.

I can create forms that are easy produce and that are legible. Legible documents that enable me to communicate clearly with others.

PDFfiller Review
In my job, we send out contracts and W-9 forms to meeting attendees all the time. PDFfiller is great because attendees can quickly "sign" and send their documents right back, without having to print the forms, sign them manually, and then deal with faxing/scanning/or taking a picture to send it back. I like how seamless PDFfiller is.
Sometimes, the actual signature does not populate, and all that shows is a stamp saying the person signed it. However, with things like contracts and W-9s, we need an actual signature, whether it be manual or digital.

I have been trying this application and its great, however the capabilities are still limited and hopefully it will improve later.Thanks to the developer, this helps me a lot.
