Excellent service, however, I would have liked to have known there was a fee prior to filling out the form. I just assumed it was a Royal Bank form as that is what I googled.
I couldn't get my document to print and Anne in customer service looked at my document and resolved this issue in less than 3 minutes. Great customer service!
A very good and friendly in navigating the fields. Need improvement especially in the telephone number field and user address died of CMS 1500 of 2012 and UB04. Unable to include the three digits telephone area code. Address field too small to contain full address including zip codes

Pauline took care of my concerns in a timely, polite and expeditious manner. I wish more customer service representatives were like here. She is a boon to her company.
I made a mistake and bought a year subscription instead of one month as I needed, I immediately emailed customer support and thought I would be waiting days for a reply if I was lucky, but to my surprise I received a response within 2 minutes. She offered to change my subscription and refund the rest of my money, I of course excepted and they changed it immediately! ***** ******** for your amazing customer service! And your forms, that have been time saving!
Other than being billed initially for a 30 days trial, I contacted Customer Service right away and they credited me back the $144 first year right away. Otherwise, I am liking the service so far. Just learning how to use it.
