This cost too much when you are on a fixed income! Your product is set up so we have to pay for each individual service that is offered. Pay to print, pay to download, pay to save, pay to highlight and the list goes on and on........
Filling out form was fine. I felt like I should have been told there was a cost associated with use before I filled out form, not when I finished. At that point I didn't feel like handwriting everything, so I paid for subscription. I can't justify spending $72.00 a year for something I will seldom use. Wish I would have known up front this was not free.
I being a novice at computer have been struggling to keep up with my business correspondence from my end....this has been a God-send. I just stumbled on this by accident. Thank you.

User friendly, simple easy to use. Makes sending and receiving documents easy and professionals .

Nothing really. Easy way to handle PDF's.

This morning my subscription to PdfFiller was automatically renewed. Once I realized it, I notified the company to cancel my subscription and to provide a refund. Within a short time, I received a response confirming that the subscription was canceled and that the charge was reversed. I would definitely recommend this company and would use them again if I had a need.TL
It could be a little better if you put hints on tools that explained how to set and adjust them, but only if the person hovers over the tool without clicking it.
