The intricacies of weaving through browser and google app to use this plugin are quite noteworthy. I consider it a great achievement that the plugin seems to work, even when it encounters strange circumstances. For all that this is a bit ungainly, there were some things I wished worked a little better, but overall quite good.
Just plain user-friendly
Very intuitive UX. Just easy to use that I don't even have to think about it.
Normally I can see negatives with a product. Not this time however. Works great.
I am confused: can I efile the 940,941, 1096+1099 with the IrS from this sight using "Export-submit to IRS?...how and how to i get confirmation of the filing??

Amazing customer service. Responded same day when I had a question and was super polite and friendly in helping me out. Also followed up to make sure everything worked out. Couldn’t be happier.
Immediate refund received
I had thought I had cancelled my subscription so was very surprised to get a notification from PayPal that I had been charged $96. I immediately contacted pdfFiller and the matter was sorted out, and a refund received, within a couple of hours. Friendly and efficient service, with no arguments. Very impressed.
What do you like best?
I like that PDF Filler is user friendly and it's easy to navigate. I love that I can create a template and then just fill in what I need to for each customer and we can send them a form digitally for them to sign.
What do you dislike?
Occasionally customer's take a while to sign a document because they think it is spam.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Easy to use program. Creat templates you can use over and over which is great!

It's a fast, easy way to be able to send documents for our customers to sign without having to sign in person.
We have also been able to streamline some of our processes better by using PDF Filler to create documents.
